Welcome to Kealfadda Bridge House! We are situated directly on the Wild Atlantic Way between Schull and Goleen. A perfect starting point for nature walks, sightseeing, visits to nearby beaches, bird watching, island trips and much more. Relax, unwind and enjoy!
Self-catering cottage
Our open-space cottage is available for rent as a self-catering unit. This original Irish dwelling house is suitable for a couple (2 persons). Upstairs, a double bed invites you to snuggle up and admire the stars. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers space for 2 people to relax. Would also be suitable for families with children (14+ years).
In the fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, pans/pots, crockery, tea/coffee), breakfast can be prepared and then enjoyed in the sunshine on your private garden seating area. And while you are having dinner at the dining table in the living room, a fire may already be blazing in the solid fuel stove. This is how an eventful, relaxing or simply perfect day comes to a cozy end on the sofa with a book or in front of the satellite TV. Your feet will be kept warm by underfloor heating in the living room and in thespacious bathroom/toilet, which is equipped with shower, washbasin, towel heating, hairdryer, etc.
If you want to leave the car on the secured private property parked for a while, you are welcome to slow down and meander on the secluded property, take a walk, sit on the quayside at high tide and unwind, listen to the birds singing away or take a stroll to the nearby beach (Ballyrisode).
The possibilities are endless, the variety great, the nature unique, the landscape varied and the guests always welcome. Enjoy your holiday, treat yourself to some time out. We look forward to seeing you.
